New Version Posted

A new version has been posted that fixes the aforementioned expiration problem.

It also has some task-editor improvements worth getting.

The easiest way to upgrade is to launch the software, you should be prompted to upgrade.  Failing that, you can go to the download page and click the install badge, it should install right over your previous version keeping your preferences in tact.

Hi,

Tnx for the update and all the effort you guys have put in this project!
Is this also the place were I can report bugs?

I've got a little problem with a project I've started in a month ago. The schedule was completed back then and after 2 weeks it needed a little tweaks. When the schedule is recalculated it will always started counting from the current day or a day in the future. The only way to go back a month is by rewinding my systemdate a couple of weeks. Is there a solution for this problem?

Thanx in advance,
Ruben

Hi Ruben,

This is as good a place as any until we can get a better system in place for reporting bugs.

If you go to your calculation options (the button on the far right of the toolbar), you can turn off "Extend late tasks". I think that will accomplish what you want.

Hi,

I'm having trouble installing the latest build (028?). The error that I am getting is:
"Error #2083
An error occurred while updating the application. Try updating it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author."

I have tried both the automatic prompt that appears when I launch the application and the manual install from the website. Neither method works.

Can you advise?

Also, I'm experiencing a minor, but very annoying bug:
When I have a longer list of tasks (say 70+), and I try to add new tasks, the lists is scrolled up with each edit. I need to scroll down every time I need to enter a detail for the new task.

PS: You really need to get a public bug base going. I'll be happy to report any issues, and by the way - I work for Adobe and I'm sitting next to their AIR team in Romania. ;)

Hi Marius,

The scrolling editor bug is high on our list to fix.

But I'm not sure what the installation problem is. Today I was able to give it a try on a mix of computers with and without the software already installed and it was working for us.

Try installing from the browser but emptying your cache first.

Also, what does the version string in the lower left hand of your window say when you run it? Does it say something like "self signed"?

And I agree about the public bug base! Just need to find time to set one up.
