AgileAgenda will automatically set the start and end dates of each of your tasks based upon the available information such as task priority, resource availablility and estimated durations. In addition, it has some intelligence about what the current date is and how that relates to the schedule. It will automatically:

Move completed tasks up
Extend the duration of late tasks
Split partially completed tasks

Mac OSX and Windows available now, and eventually Linux support! In addition we're working on a web based version that will work from within your browser for any computer capable of viewing Flash content.

Don't want to store proprietary company information on another company's systems? You can save files locally instead.

The AgileAgenda file format is a simple XML format allowing you to leverage other XML capable products.
With the click of a button, you can share your schedules on the AgileAgenda.com website with anyone who can view Flash content.
Export PDF's for printing or to email to colleagues and customers.
